I rate a Chinese restaurant by how good the hot and sour soup is. Although the soup was flavorful it lacked ingredients and was spiced up with too much white pepper. I feel it was missing vinegar and we'll was not a good soup overall. The rest of the meal was ok. 3 stars for food, 4 stars customer service.
